Aimee Keane of the Monetary Occasions has left the information operation.
Keane is becoming a member of with former colleague Cardiff Garcia to begin an audio manufacturing firm.
“We’ll have a present slightly just like the one we used to make collectively, and we’ve some concepts that can sound fully new,” she wrote on Twitter. “We’ll even be taking over work as audio consultants, producers, editors and monetary journalists for rent.”
On the FT, she has been performing head of audio and coordinated all American-based podcasting operations, together with the FT’s fast-growing program “Alphachat,” which received the Digital Audio class on the 2016 Excellence in Monetary Journalism.
She joined the FT in London in 2015, and has reported on the well being care and leisure sectors.
