BBC appoints Danahar government information editor

Paul Danahar

BBC has named Paul Danahar government information editor for the community’s protection of world affairs. He may also be working the ‘World Story workforce’, the brand new house for the BBC’s journalists, within the UK and overseas.

Not too long ago, Danahar was Washington bureau chief.

Danahar has been with the community for over 19 years, having held varied posts, together with South Asia bureau chief, East Asia bureau chief, Center East bureau editor, and head of reports, BBC America.

He’s additionally the writer of The New Center East: The World After the Arab Spring.

Danahar graduated from the College of Hull.
